Re: Locked out of my account and no access to the email

Hi everyone
I know my Dropbox username and password but unfortunately I can’t access my email account and I open the Dropbox account my new phone so Dropbox will send the verification code I can’t find the verification code now how can I access my Dropbox account and my important documents on Dropbox account please help me out of this problem

    In Dropbox whatever I know I just try it myself but no use if anyone can please advise me to sign in the Dropbox account because I have uploaded all my very important documents I need right now please. I try remember my email address but long time ago so I can’t remember please advise me to do the process

    Without knowing the email there is nothing you can do I'm afraid. 

     

    Have you tried searching your emails for messages from no-reply@dropbox.com ?
