I have the same problem. I have read everything I can but nothing has given me the right solution. I do not have two-factor authentication on my desktop and my dropbox still works there and on my old phone. However I cannot link to it on my new phone. It keeps telling me that the code is invalid. I am really fed up with this! It would be great if you could help!

Did you reinstall the Dropbox app on your mobile device, and you still get an error that the code’s not valid?

Hi - I tried absolutely everything yesterday. This morning - miraculously - it suddenly informed me on my new phone that I had to delete one of my linked devices as too many were listed. As soon as I deleted the old phone, it started working. It would have been useful to be told that yesterday. It should be on the info page you have!
