If you haven’t tried Dropbox Paper yet, you’re missing out. It’s perfect for collaboration, but it also has a killer feature for personal productivity… checklists! Whether it’s a to-do list for your project or a grocery list for the weekend, you can create easy-to-follow checklists that keep everything on track(You better believe this article has been on my checklist on Paper 😉).

Want to pump up your team with a killer playlist, or just add a little flair to your work documents? You can insert songs or podcasts from Spotify directly into Dropbox Paper 💃.
1. At the bottom of the Paper page click on insert media and select Spotify.
2. Paste the Spotify link of the song you want.
3. Click Add to doc and the song is now part of your Paper document (along with your To-do list).
And voilà, here is is what it looks like on your paper document (ehh this Paper doc is just a lil something I am working on 😳).
It’s a great way to build a team playlist for motivation, add an inspiring podcast for brainstorming sessions, or throw in a theme song to hype up the crew. Instant good vibes and productivity 🕺👨💻!
