Dropbox chat feature not working

I am trying to contact support by the chat feature and it does not work.  Why?

Sorry to see that, fmerchat. Have you tried other browsers or an incognito window maybe?

You need to provide more information. Why isn't it working? What happens when you try? Are you getting an error message? etc.

opened Bing and it worked.  thank you.  now to my real issue:  how do i get what I see on my desktop in terms of folders (dropbox and then the folder structure) on my laptop?  I know I can get to the files via the web, but that isn't what I am after.  What I want is the folder layout.  I have included a picture.  my desktop is windows 10 the laptop is windows 11 and I am a paying customer of dropbox.

Thanks for getting back to me, fmerchat and I'm glad the chat feature worked for you.

As for your query, if you want your Dropbox files to appear on your laptop's file explorer, all you have to do is install the Dropbox application on your laptop.

Once you sign in, Dropbox will create a Dropbox folder and will sync all your files to your laptop's hard drive.
