So it sounds like you’re seeing notifications about your files being deleted, even though your Dropbox account shows available space - so to help us identify what’s happening, could you please confirm:
- Whether these warnings appear in the Dropbox app, on the website, or through email
- If you’re using Dropbox on multiple devices (such as your computer and phone)
This will just help us to figure out why you might be seeing notifications and where they’re coming from, and how to stop them. Sometimes, these alerts are caused by sync or backup settings, not actual deletion risks. Once we have that detail, I can guide you through checking your backup and storage settings to make sure your photos are safely stored.
