Thank you for taking the time to share your workflow with us and I’ll also leave this thread open for other users to share their own thoughts and ideas on this. 

Personally, I’m finding eSignature Templates to be a game-changer in everyday workflows since they can save you a lot of time and we all know what they say about time.
