How can I re-open a support ticket, when the previous one has been closed?

11 months agoYou will need to open a new one at www.dropbox.com/support while not logged in (even here!) so use an incognitor window. In that include the other ticket number so they can cross reference it, however, they may not be able to assist now if you are not paying - that support system is mainly only for account log on issues.
