Hi everyone, it’s Theresa here you may have seen me previously on the Community.
You may have noticed some users with the title ‘Dropbox Staff’ and wondered who they are and what they do.
I’d like to take a moment to introduce you to our Dropbox moderators - and hey they are real people (not bots … which is rare online these days 🤖) who help keep our community running smoothly.

I'll get the ball rolling...
I’m Theresa, one of the Dropbox Community Managers, and I’m based in Ireland. I really enjoy jumping into conversations here and getting to know all the brilliant people who make this space what it is.
My favourite Dropbox feature?
Definitely Selective Sync. It makes my work life a whole lot easier especially when it comes to archiving files. Outside of work, I’m a musician with a slightly out-of-control collection of sheet music (like thousands of files). Selective Sync lets me store everything and, of course, access it during a performance… without my iPad exploding!

My favourite Dropbox feature?
I love Camera Uploads! With a young child at home, I don’t want to miss a single memory, so knowing that every video and photo I take is automatically uploaded and safely stored in Dropbox is so comforting 📸👶

One thing I love about the Community?
Users helping each other would be my all-time favorite thing and also that feeling you get when you help solve someone's issue, is definitely right up there with it.
My favorite Dropbox feature?
I love making lists, whether that's to-do lists, or lists about what movies or TV shows to watch next, so Dropbox Paper is definitely my go-to for that. Camera Uploads is also an OG feature I love, especially with so many photos and videos of my cat on my phone, it's really useful! 😹
