Question: How are you staying connected with your team while working remotely?

 

In a recent blog post on Work in Progress, we explored the differences between remote work and a distributed workforce. In the current climate, with more people than ever working remotely, it seems that the way we communicate is becoming more dispersed and this can lead to less focused work.
 
How are you and your team aligning to stay focused and connected during this time of distributed work?
