We asked, and you answered! How to share files and recordings with Dropbox

If you’re new here, and it’s likely that you are, you might not have seen that we had a poll running recently. We want to share tips that can help you, so we asked you to tell us why you started using Dropbox to begin with, and the results are in!

43% of you signed up to share files or recordings with others - so let’s make sure you have all the info you need to do that.

And of course, you can still get your vote in here

How to share files and folders with others:

File sharing with Dropbox is quick and simple. By just sharing a link, you can send anything – from photos and videos to zipped folders and large files – to anyone, even if they don’t have a Dropbox account.

Easily share links and files from anywhere, using your phone, tablet or computer. And unlike email attachments, you don’t have to worry about file size limits – share files as large as your cloud storage space quota, starting at 2 GB and up.

Here’s a rundown of how to get started with sharing!

And if you’re worried that the people you share with and collaborate with can’t keep things organised, you can automate some of that chaos now too!

Let us know if this helped! And if there is anything else you’d like to see from us, we’re here to help đŸ˜
