When will "Vault" become a regular folder?

so today is the day that I would not need a pin to open the  vault folder -- but 21 hours into 3/4/2025 I still need a pin to open the vault --- when?

I was given a url to to the conversion myself  which I did

    yes --- I was able to move the files to a safe location
