Are you looking to verify a domain for a Dropbox Business team so admins can manage accounts created with that domain? You can find out more about domain verification here https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/domain-verification-invite-enforcement
If you are asking how to set up a branded domain for sharing, Dropbox doesn't support that unfortunately.
