From the Dropbox website, click the menu icon in the upper-right corner of the page, scroll down and select Backup, or you can just use this link.
and how can i see old discusions that i have?If you're referring to the posts you've made here on the Community, you can click your avatar icon in the upper-right corner of the page and select My Profile, or you can just click this link.

Thanks so much for this info. It was very helpful as I spent several minutes last night looking for it. I gave up. I'm glad that I found the community and especially this forum for newbies. I am a new user.
