Assistance restauration de fichiers supprimés

Bonsoir,

Vous est-il possible de restaurer les fichiers (photos/vidéos/documents) de notre compte? En effet depuis quelques jours sans raison connue tous nos fichiers ont disparus. Quelle est la marche à suivre? Merci par avance. Claire pour Oumpack
