Impossible de lancer DB

Bonjour à tous,   J'ai windows 7 et dropbox qui tourne en arrière car qd je fais ctr+alt+supp il apparait bien dans la liste des programmes. Je n'ai pas l'icone qui apparait en bas à droite dans l...
