Impossible to select and copy/paste text in Dropbox Paper on the web

Since yesterday it is impossible for me to select and copy/paste text in my Dropbox paper documents. I can write, type, and modify it, but if I want to select an entire sentence to move it, I simply can't! Dropbox won't let me select a single word and that is a problem because I write on dropbox and then publish the texts on another website (I can't just download the text in pdf to import it to the other website as pdf isn't supported there.)

I checked on other softwares and my mouse, it comes from Dropbox.

 

I am on windows and using the dropbox website, not the computer application.

 

Is anyone else having the same problem?

    It works once again on all my browser and I do not know why. It solved itself. ¯\_('-.-)_/¯

    Hi there Wendigo - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    Could you please clear your browser's cache, and/or use another browser and let me know if you get the same results?

    Hello! Thank you for your response.

    I changed browser and it works now, but i would like it to work on my first browser too.

    Clearing the cache on my first browser (firefox) did nothing, was there a recent update of the website? Because it worked just fine before, and suddenly i couldn't select and copy/paste text yesterday.

    Sorry to jump in, Wendigo. Have you checked your original browser for any pending updates? 

     

    Other than that, you can restore it to its default settings and disable any browser plugins. The issue you're experiencing may be the result of a security setting or a plugin that you have installed on your browser.
