impossible d'ouvrir un lien dropbox Error 403

Bonjour,

on m'a envoyé un lien dropbox a ouvrir:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/84532194/Say/03%2003%20-%20Fazil%20Say%2c%20Goethe%20Lieder%20f%C3%BCr.mp3

et j'ai systématiquement un message d'erreur:

Error (403)

Pourriez-vous m'aider s'il vous plait? C'est pour le boulot, et c'est assez urgent!
