mes photos et video sont la mais rien ne s affiche

bonjour a vous j ai depuis très longtemps dropbox est tout marcher très bien mais depuis quelque mois je comprend pas plus rien s affiche. Dans les différent dossier on vois bien chaque fichier pho...

Je ne suis pas sûre de comprendre à 100% votre problème.

Pourriez-vous m'indiquer quels fichiers se téléchargent dans vos dossiers téléchargés ?

Ne voyez-vous pas vos fichiers Dropbox qui sont présents sur https://www.dropbox.com dans votre dossier Dropbox ?

Cela m'aiderait beaucoup si vous pouviez m'envoyer une capture d'écran.
