"There was an error completing payment"

Bonjour, alors que je valide le paiement de l'option 1 To, Dropbox me répond qu'il y a une "error completing payment". Quelle est l'erreur ? Merci Ricofe

When I am about validating the payment for the option 1 To (with a Sepa transfer), i get an "error completing payment". What do I have to do ?
