Abbuchung Kreditkarte

Trotz Eingabe der geforderten Parameter (Kreditkartendaten, Transaction ID) bekomme ich keine Info, wer das Abo abgeschlossen haben könnte oder warum abgebucht wurde.

vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung.

 

Wie bereits erwähnt, werden Tickets, die mit einem kostenlosen Dropbox Basic-Konto geöffnet wurden, automatisch geschlossen. Daher empfehle ich, sich vor dem Erstellen eines neuen Tickets von Ihrem Konto abzumelden.

 

Ich habe jedoch ein neues Ticket für Sie erstellt und Ihnen eine E-Mail an die mit Ihrem Konto verknüpfte Adresse gesendet. Bitte antworten Sie darauf und ich helfe Ihnen gerne weiter.
