Abbuchung ohne Premiumaccount

Guten Tag, Ich habe gerade herausgefunden, dass mir seit mehreren Monaten Geld abgebucht wird ohne dass ich einen Premium Account habe. Was kann ich jetzt tun?

Dropbox cannot charge you if you didnt give them your card information or somebody stole your card info. 

So, if you DID give it your info, for example, for a trial you didn't cancel, the charges are genuine. You can look up what account the payment is set up with via https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge.

Wenn Sie also Ihre Informationen gegeben haben, zum Beispiel für eine Testversion, die Sie nicht gekündigt haben, sind die Gebühren berechtigt. Sie können unter https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge nachschauen, über welches Konto die Zahlung erfolgt.
