Backup-Zeit verstrichen - Datei trotzdem noch wiederherstellen?

    Das Problem ist, dass unter "gelöschte Dateien" keine Dateien mehr anzeigt werden, weil sie offensichtlich schon zu lange gelöscht sind. Daher können sie offensichtlich nicht wiederhergestellt werden. Ich habe zwischen durch auch das Abo von einem Business-Konto in ein kostenloses Konto umgewandelt.
    Gibt es die Möglichkeit einen Support zu kontaktieren? Womöglich gibt es ja noch eine andere Möglichkeit, die Dateien wiederherszustellen?
