Das freie Basic-Abo ist kostenlos und benötigt keine Angabe einer Zahlungsart (z.B. Kreditkarte), daher wäre die Abbuchung etwas sonderbar.

 

Da Sie nun ja offensichtlich ein bezahltes Abo haben, haben Sie auch Anspruch auf direkten Support:
