  • Sind Sie sicher, dass Sie die E-Mail nicht an eine andere E-Mail-Adresse erhalten haben und dass Sie kein zweites Dropbox-Konto haben?

 

  • Wenn Sie sicher sind, dass diese E-Mail für das kostenlose Basic-Konto gesendet wurde, das Sie bereits gekündigt haben, wurde sie wahrscheinlich versehentlich gesendet. Oder die E-Mail wurde automatisch vom System versendet.


Hoffentlich helfen Ihnen diese Informationen weiter.
