Vielen Dank für Ihren Beitrag in unserem Forum! 

  • Wo bearbeiten Sie die Datei, auf der Dropbox Webseite oder über den Computer lokal?
  • Welche Anwendung benutzen Sie, um die Dateien zu bearbeiten z.B. Microsoft Office?
  • Passiert das auf alle Dateien oder nur auf eine bestimmte?
  • Befindet sich die Datei in einem freigegebenen Ordner?

Hoffentlich helfen Ihnen diese Informationen weiter.
