Dropbox Speicher ist voll obwohl ich Daten gelöscht habe

Seit Wochen bekomme ich von Dropbox eine Nachricht, dass mein Speicher voll ist mit über 16 GB. Einen großen Ordner mit 16 GB habe ich mittlerweile gelöscht und bin ausgetreten und habe ihn auch aus ...

vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht. Um Ihren Speicherplatz genauer zu untersuchen, müssten wir Ihr Konto genauer ansehen. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns direkt unter https://www.dropbox.com/support. 

Lassen Sie sich den verbrauchten Speicherplatz des Dropbox Ordners lokal auf Ihrem Computer anzeigen? Falls ja, dann beachten Sie bitte, dass dies eventuell nicht akkurat ist. Eventuell benutzen Sie die selektive Synchronisation und haben manche Ordner von Ihrem Computer lokal entfernt und haben diese nur auf https://www.dropbox.com. Bitte schauen Sie da doch noch mal nach.
