Empfehlungen werden mit Status nicht berechtigt angezeigt

Hallo,   ich habe meinem Schwiegervater eine Empfehlungsmail für Dropbox geschickt, die er auch angenommen hat.  Gemäß Mail soll sowohl er, als auch ich 500mb zusätzliches Speichervolumen erhalten...

PS: Außerdem ist der maximal erreichbare Speicher von 16GB ebenfalls nicht erreicht.
