Fotos im Ordner "Kamera-Uploads" gelöscht

Ich verwende die Funktion, dass automatisch Fotos von meinem Smartphone nach Dropbox in den Ordner "Kamera-Uploads" übertragen werden. Jetzt habe ich im Ordner "Kamera-Uploads" alle Fotos gelöscht...

Hallo Michael,

wenn ich Sie richtig verstehe, haben Sie alle Fotos im Kamera-Uploads Ordner gelöscht und wollen diese nun nochmal von Ihrem Handy aus hochladen. Dies dies korrekt?

Falls ja, so ist dies möglich, erfordert aber eine kleine Hilfestellung von unserer Seite. Wie Sie gemerkt haben, werden Bilder, die bereits hochgeladen wurden, nicht nochmal hochgeladen. Wenn Sie das möchten, so müssen wir im Backend die Kamera-Uploads Datenbank zurücksetzen für Ihr Konto. Falls Sie dies wünschen, dann öffnen Sie bitte unter https://www.dropbox.com/support ein Ticket. Sie werden dann zu einem Experten weitergeleitet. Falls Sie eine automatisierte Antwort erhalten, antworten Sie darauf einfach nochmal und wir melden uns dann!
