Gelöschtes Dropboxkonto wiederherstellen

Hallo,

 

ist es möglich ein gelöschtes Dropbox-Konto durch den Support wiederherstellen zu lassen?

 

Ich hatte bisher schon Probleme überhaupt irgend eine Kontaktmöglichkeit mit dem Dropboxsupport zu finden.

 

Wäre für jeden Tipp dankbar.

    Hallo Simon,

    wenn Sie Ihr Konto selbst gelöscht haben, so ist dies leider nicht möglich. Die einzige Ausnahme wäre, falls Ihr Konto aus Versehen von einem Dropbox für Unternehmen Administrator gelöscht wurde.
