Um Ihr Konto zu kündigen und zu löschen, können Sie die folgende Website besuchen:

 

https://www.dropbox.com/account/delete

 

Wenn ein Passwort angefordert wird, stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie überprüfen, ob die Feststelltaste (englisch Caps Lock) aktiviert ist (große, kleine Buchstaben) und überprüfen Sie auch Ihre E-Mails, um zu sehen, ob Sie eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail zum Löschen erhalten.
