Kein Zugriff mehr auf Boxcryptor-Dateien

Hallo zusammen, seit heute habe ich keinen Zugriff mehr auf meine Boxcryptor-Dateien welche in meiner Dropbox liegen. Ich kann diese weder öffnen noch irgendwo hin kopieren und damit entschlüsseln. ...

Vielen Dank für Ihren Beitrag in unserem Forum! 

Sie könnten versuchen, die Datei lokal auf Ihr Gerät herunterzuladen und dann versuchen, die Datei lokal über die andere App zu verschlüsseln.

Hoffentlich helfen Ihnen diese Informationen weiter.

    Hi SarahDBX​ ,

    wie oben schon geschrieben, ich konnte es, mit der Installation einer alten Dropbox-Version, lösen. Aber es wäre wichtig, dass Dropbox überprüft, weshalb mit neueren Versionen der Zugriff nicht mehr möglich ist.
