Nach neuer Installation auf neues Handy alte Dateien nicht mehr gefunden

Hallo, ich habe vom alten Android Handy meine neuen Apps auf das neue übertragen. Mein Basic Account ist vorhanden aber meine alten Dateien nicht auffindbar. Habe schon gesucht und ausprobiert brauch...

vielen Dank für Ihren Beitrag in unserem Forum!

 

Haben Sie sich mit der richtigen E-Mail-Adresse angemeldet? Ist es möglich, dass Sie zwei verschiedene Konten unter zwei verschiedenen E-Mail-Adressen haben?

 

Auf dieser Seite können Sie alle Aktionen Ihrer Dateien und Ordner sehen:

https://www.dropbox.com/events

 

Sie können auch Dateien wiederherstellen, die möglicherweise gelöscht wurden. Können Sie auch hier nachsehen?
