Ist Ihr Dropbox-Konto über Dropbox.com zugänglich?

Ist auf Ihrem Gerät ein Antivirenprogramm installiert?

Verbindungsprobleme oder Probleme beim vollständigen Laden von Teilen der Dropbox-App weisen normalerweise darauf hin, dass ein Antivirenprogramm, eine Firewall, ein Sicherheitsprogramm, ein Proxy oder ein VPN den Desktop-Client von Dropbox blockiert.

Wenn eines der aufgeführten Softwareprogramme ausgeführt wird, fügen Sie Dropbox entweder zur Whitelist des entsprechenden Programms hinzu, entfernen Sie Dropbox von dessen Blacklist oder deaktivieren oder deinstallieren Sie das betroffene Programm vorübergehend, um mit der Problembehebung fortzufahren.
