Ja, es ist leider so wie befürchtet. Automatische Textbausteine. 

Der Support ist lediglich eine FAQ Sammlung für Einsteiger, Jahre alt. Und hier antwortet niemand auf konkrete Eingaben. 

Hallo, ich finde die Leiter nicht! Sie ist nicht vorhanden....

Antwort:  nehmen Sie die Leiter!

Dabei wurde einem diese Passwort app regelrecht vor die Nase geschoben.
