Entschuldigung für den Englishen Antwort...

Dropbox practice is not legitimate. They claim they can proceed to MwSt reverse charge on 'Business Plan' only and 'Plus Plan' is for private customers. This has nothing to do with the EU rules.

As soon as you're a german (i.e.) VAT registered customer, Dropbox has to sell you the plan with no VAT charge and to provide a compliant invoice thereby, whatever plan you subscribe to.

    Nicht das ich wüsste. Ich habe meine Daten nun bei einem anderen Anbieter. Solange Dropbox nicht in der Lage ist eine ordentliche Rechnung für „Plus“ auszustellen bleibt einem als Freelancer nichts anderes übrig.
