Video nicht mit Audio synchron

Hallo, 

ich habe das Problem das ich von meinem Windows Laptop ein Video (mp4 ca. 1 min.) in die Dropbox geladen habe. Wenn ich das Video jetzt auf meinem IPhone oder IPad öffne ist die Audiospur nicht mehr passend zum Bild (versetzt). Auch wenn ich das Video herunterlade ist es asynchron. Kann jemand helfen? Vielen Danke

    Könnten Sie bitte einmal die Ursprungsdatei untersuchen?

     

    Wenn bei dieser die Audio- und Videospuren ebenfalls versetzt sind, so hängt das Problem mit der Datei selbst zusammen.
