Video wird nicht tin voller Länge angezeigt

Hallo zusammen!

 

Ich habe ein Video (3h 12') hochgeladen und über einen Dropbox-Link (kein Download, nur betrachten) geteilt. Der Nutzer kann nun allerdings nur 2 Stunden sehen!?.

 

Was ist da los? Was kann ich tun?

    Hallo! Danke für die Antwort, Stimmt! Der Link oben hat leider nicht weitergeholfen, aber auf Google habe ich bei Eingabe von "Dropbox Video length" folgende Info erhalten: "If the owner is a Dropbox Basic user, you can stream the first 30 minutes. If the owner is a Dropbox Plus, Family, or Professional customer, you can stream the first two hours. If the owner is a Dropbox Standard, Advanced, or Enterprise customer, you can stream the first four hours."
