Warum bringen meine Videos Fehlermeldung auf Smart-TV?

Auf meinem Samsung Smart-TV kann ich meine privaten Videos nicht öffnen, es erscheint eine Fehlermeldung? Mit Fotos gibt es keine Probleme. Habe die Dropbox-APP mit Hilfe von Samsung Link installiert...

vielen Dank für das Update.

Es freut mich natürlich, dass Sie eine Lösung gefunden haben, die funktioniert. Es ist schade, dass diese Lösung nicht mit Dropbox funktioniert hat. Es tut uns sehr leid dass Samsung Ihnen nicht helfen konnte. Leider können wir hier nichts tun, da wir diese Integration mit dem Smart TV nicht entwickelt haben, sondern Samsung.
