Hi deco10, thanks for posting today.
Currently, there haven't been any changes to how the Dropbox site handles shared links.
Are you able to create a different shared link with the same xml file to see if this helps?
Keep me updated with any progress!

Yes im able to create a different shared link and i see that there is no different on the url shape but still it doesnt work, could it that you have done something with the end part: raw=1..?

From what I can see, there hasn't been any change on our end.
Are you able to access the raw=1 link normally on your computer? If so, then it could be related to the TV itself, that it isn't able to read those links any more.

Hey deco10, are you still experiencing the same behavior?

Hi Nancy , Yes, nothing is changed..and sorry for late answer. Jay well, that what you said one year ago when i had the same problem, ref my link futher up, then suddenly you fixed it. And no, there is not any update on my TV(Samsung F Serie) because i have turned it OFF also nothing changed on the file or file strutured.
What is this by the way:clecyei&st=emndifrm&dl=0..isnt that a change you made? Why dont you send us a heads up? Is this the problem in my link, that i dont have it? if so, should my link bee lik this:
https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/xxxxx/Filename.xml?rlkey=code&clecyei&st=emndifrm&raw=1
https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/xxxxx/Filename.xml?rlkey=code&raw=1 should be the correct way but it wont open.
lisadbx you wrote this last time and it worked since then.

Could you please look at this?? - Nancy1 month ago

No worries, deco10.
Can you please open your shared link via an incognito window on your computer and send me a full screenshot of what you see then? Please make sure its URL is showing, as well.

well Nancy i dont see how that could be a logic test when i describe you that i havent changed anything at my part..also i tell you that the same issue was last year and you asked me the questions now as then..why dont you just see what you have done then? ref the solution: We are rolling out a fix for issues with raw=1 and dl=1 links. Please try again and let us know if it's still not working.

Dropbox does, and has, frequently changed how things work with shared links deco10. I cant (obviously) say that for sure here as I dont use it
Nancy doesnt work in the technical team. She is in the support team, she cannot log faults or bugs if people wont help them with troubleshooting.

Mark all she needs to do is to see on that other case for a year ago. Why do the same test all over again?? As i mentioned its the same, the result is the same. I dont understand why i should share the whole url with public..does that make sense?
Nancy or Jay could you check this with the technical team?
