Word datei lässt sich nicht öffnen

Hallo ich kann an meinem Handy eine Word Datei nicht ändern er fragt mich zulassen dann bestätige ich das nun kommt, die Aufgabe kann nicht abgeschlossen werden bei Office ist ein Problem aufgetreten...
