CUENTA NO EXISTE

Buenas tardes

Hoy intente inciar sesión en mi dropbox personal y no me permitia ingresar, intente recuperar contraseña y no me enviaba el email para recuperación , pro probar intente registrarme con el mismo correo y me registro como si la cuenta no existiera y claro 0 documentos.

 

 

Como puedo verificar que paso con mi cuenta que tenía muchos años?
