Error 2 when installing

NO PUEDO INSTALAR DROPBOX. YA PROBE TODOS LOS CONESEJOS QUE DABAN  Y AUN ASI NO ENCUENTRO SOLUCION.

¿Podrías especificarnos tu sistema operativo y en qué dispositivo estás intentando instalarlo?

hola, me pasa lo mismo, no logro instalarlo, me sale error  2. 

Tengo instalado en mi celular y en un pc, pero lo necesito en mi portatil. Tiene windows 10, intel celeron 2,16gz,  memoria ram 4 GB, con 3,89 disponibles, procesador x64 sistema operativo de 64 bits.
