No me Instala el Dropbox

Mi Windows 7 dio Error. por lo que tuve que hacer una reinstalción del SO.

Borre la Carpeta de Dropbox entre otros archivos.

Ahora cuando intento instalar el Dropbox me da errores como que no se conecta a internet etc. y me sale este mensaje.
