recuperacion de archivos

buenas tardes : formatee mi pc, despues descargue nuevamente el dropbox y cuando ingrese ya no estaban mis archivos y la verda son todas las fotos familiares que debo de hacer???? necesito que me ayuden a recuperar los archivos . mil gracias.
