virus

Un virus mi ha criptato tutti i file, anche quelli inseriti su Dropbox. Pensavo che il vostro cloud fosse protetto. Come fare per recuperare i file?

Salve, anche le mie cartelle che archivio in dropbox sono infettate da malweare e non le posso visionare, per recuperarle dovrei pagare un riscatto. Anche se mi avvalgo del servizio gratuito di dropbox, potrei avere una copia deii mie file che sicuramente avete nel Vs. archivio temporaneo? Gentilmente fatemi sapere, grazie.
