エクスプローラーでDropboxフォルダが15分毎に勝手に開く件

以前ほかの方が問い合わせていた掲題の問題ですが、私も全く同じ症状で、提案された回避策も他の方同様、私も解決しませんでした。 で、タスクスケジューラーを見たところ「DropboxBoot」なる15分ごとにDropbox.exeを実行するスケジュールがありました。 これを「無効」にしたところ勝手に開く症状は改善しました。 このスケジュールを無効にすると問題ありますか？
