エクセルが開きません

パスワードをかけたエクセルファイルをiphoneで開こうとしたのですが、「Decrtption failed」と表示されて開くことが出来ません。以前は普通に開いたのですが、どのようにしたらのいのでしょうか？

    同じ現象に遭遇しています。

    ただ、数週間前には開いていました。突然同じエラーメッセージで開かなくなりました。解決法が知りたいです。
