オフラインファイルを読み込めない

３日くらい前から、特定のファイルが読み込めなくなりました。オフラインアクセスは許可し、緑の矢印も出ています。
m4aの音楽ファイルです。
iPhone再起動、アプリもアンインストールから再インストールしましたが改善されません。
オンラインの時はもちろん開けます。
ご教示頂けますと有り難く存じます。
