グローバルIPアドレスが変更されないようにできますか

Dropboxを起動すると　グローバルIPアドレスとゲートウェイが勝手に変更されてしまいます。

Dropbox起動前　インターネットプロバイダー（OCN,JCOM）から割り当てられたIPアドレスとゲートウェイが

ゲートウェイ　ec2-52-197-143-30.ap-northeast-1.compute.amazonaws.com　の様に変更されてしまいます。

IPアドレスでアクセス制限がかかっているサイトにアクセスできなくなるので、変更されるのを止めたいのですが方法はありますか。

    Dropbox の IP はサーバーが追加または削除されたり、メンテナンスが実行されたりすると更新されるため、恐れながら、Dropbox の IP を変更させない設定自体がございませんのでご了承ください。
