システムトレイにアイコン出ない

Win10を利用していますが、システムトレイにdropboxアイコン出なくなり、クラウドとの同期が取れなくなりました。 dropboxを一旦アンインストールするも出来ず、新たに再インストール（オフラインインストール）するも、”インストール出来ませんでした”或いは”エラー２”でデスクトップアイコンのインストールができない状態です。 何らかの方法があるでしょうか？
